SPINACH PIE "PESACH" (DAIRY)
| INGREDIENTS: |

·
Matza ( soaked in milk)
·
20 ozs. spinach (MUST CHECKED VERY THOROUGHLY)
·
8 eggs (5 for the mix)
·
1 lb. feta cheese (KP)
·
3 onions (check for infestation)
·
a bunch of scallions (check for infestation)
·
fresh dill (check for infestation)
black pepper (check for infestation)

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
1.
Brush the pan with oil.
2.
Place the matza in the pan.
3.
That is the 1st layer.
4.
Then pour over the mixture of spinach, eggs, black pepper, onions,
scallions, dill and feta cheese.
5.
Then put the 2nd layer of matza.
6.
Pour over 3 eggs with oil.
Bake in preheated oven, 375o for about 1 hour, or until golden.
