·         Olive Oil  "SITIA"

·         Salt & pepper

·         Eggs

·         10 Onion skins  (check for infestation)

1. In a large pot with water, pour the above ingredients and bring it to a boil. 
2. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. 
3. When it's done, rinse the eggs, wipe them and place them in their carton in the refrigerator.
