INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 6 cups non roasted almonds
- 3 cups white sugar , KP
- 3 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, KP
|

INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
| |
- Blanch almonds
- Dry in Oven
- Then pulverize in a blender or chop extremely well.
- Place sugar, egg whites and vanilla in bowl.
- Add the Almond meal
- Blend, using your fingers, into a thick dough.
- Shape into narrow fingers and place on a buttered
baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated 300 degrees F oven for about 20
minutes.
