TERIYAKI CHICKEN SCHNITZEL WITH SESAME SEEDS |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 4 Boneless chicken thigh (thinly sliced)
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seed
- Corn Flour
|

INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
| |
- Marinate chicken schnitzel in a mixture of teriyaki sauce & sesame
oil
- Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Heat the pan on a low flame, fry the sesame seed till golden brown
(be careful they don't burn)
- Set aside
- Mix corn flour with chicken schnitzel and teriyaki sauce to coat
- Heat the pan with some sesame oil
- Stir fry the chicken schnitzel till cooked
- Mix 2 tbs. teriyaki sauce and 1 tbs. of water
- Splash on top of finished schnitzel
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on chicken schnitzel
- Plate and serve
