ANA GERRE’s SMOKED SALMON
TORTILLA CILINDROS

INGREDIENTS: |
· 10.5 oz / 300g
Cream Cheese “KOSHER”
· 1 Tbs. Lemon
Juice
· 2 Tbs. Dill,
fresh, chopped (√ for infestation)
· Black Pepper,
generous pinch (adjust to your taste)
· 4 Tortillas,
flour, large “KOSHER”
· 12 oz. / 350g
Smoked Salmon “KOSHER” Spain
· Dill and Romaine
Lettuce Leaves, serve on the side (√ for
infestation) |
1.
Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice, chopped
dill and plenty of black pepper.
2.
Spread over 4 large flour tortillas.
3. Cover with the sliced
smoked salmon.
4. Roll up like a Swiss
roll.
5. Trim off the ends.
6. Wrap tightly in cling
film, twisting the ends firmly to enclose.
7.
Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to
serve.
Serving:
·
Remove from refrigerator. · Take a sharp knife
and slice on the diagonal. · Slices about 2.5 cm
/ 1” in length. · Serve with extra dill and
Romaine Lettuce leaves.
