KOSHER ASIAN CHICKEN NOODLES MIE AYAM |

INGREDIENTS:
|
|
|
8- 10.5 oz. Spaghetti noodles 1 lb. Chicken meat,
boneless 2 stalks Onion, spring, finely chopped 2
Tbs. Chicken fat, more if you like 2 Tbs. Sesame oil
(optional) KOSHER Slices of Ginger (optional) 2 Tbs.
of Soy Sauce KOSHER Dash of White Pepper Fried
Shallots

INSTRUCTIONS:
|
|
|
Marinate chicken with the seasoning for at least 1 hour or
overnight if you plan ahead.
|
|
|
1. Prepare a pot and place the chicken inside the pot. 2.
Pour in boiling water, enough to cover the chicken. 3. Cook
on low to medium until the chicken is fully cooked. Save. 4.
Cook the noodles according to the package (separately.) 5.
Prepare an individual bowl and spoon about 2 Tbs. sesame oil and
2 Tbs. chicken fat, and some of the marinate juice from cooking
the chicken onto the bowl. 6. Add the noodle and mix them
well, to make sure noodles are well-coated with the above.
7. Shred the chicken meat by hand onto individual serving bowls.
8. Garnish with fried shallots and spring onions |

YIELDS: 2 servings.
