SHALOM YEHUDA'S CRUNCHY SESAME CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS: |
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp. Asian sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (nice
sized pieces)
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. margarine

INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Mix sesame seeds
and flour.
- Beat egg white with
sesame oil and salt.
- Dip chicken breasts
into egg white, letting excess drip off, coat with
sesame seed mixture.
- Heat oil and
margarine in 12" nonstick frying pan over medium
heat.
- Cook chicken 5 to 6
minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with Sesame Ginger Noodles.
YIELD: 4
servings. |
