PEAR-CRANBERRY SAUCE:


INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1/3 cup fresh cranberries
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 pears, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grated orange rind
DIRECTIONS: 
  1. Combine firs 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove from heat; Stir in sugar and rind. Cool to room temperature.
