C's MEAT SOUP with MATZA (MEAT)
| INGREDIENTS
& INSTRUCTIONS: |

1.
Boil a piece of lamb.
2.
Put the meat aside.
3.
In a pot, pour the meat broth, salt and black pepper, as you bring it to a
boil.
4.
Crush matza into pieces and put them in the pot.
When that's done, beat an egg with lemon juice and pour it in the pot
stirring constantly.
