raisins (light raisins are easier
to check for infestation)

teaspoons almonds

teaspoons walnuts (check
for infestation)
- two
teaspoons hazel nuts
- 2
chestnuts (cooked)
- 1-2
apples
- 5
dates
- 2
figs (check for infestation)
- 2
prunes (check for infestation)
- 1
orange (peel of) (check for
infestation)
- 2 oranges
(juice of)
- wine,
red (KP)
- dash
- cinnamon (KP)

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Place
the above salad ingredients in a food processor and
mix them, until there is a smooth texture.
- Shape
like meatballs, and when the time came to use them,
pour the wine and mix well.
