INGREDIENTS: |
- 2 pounds Kosher beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil
- 6 Large Onions, Sliced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- ⅓ cup Kosher chop suey sauce
- 2 tbsp gluten-free dark
molasses
- 2 tbsp flour
- Cold water

DIRECTIONS: |
- Put Kosher beef in pot with 1 cup water. Add
spices. Cook about 2 hours until tender.
- Separately, sauté chopped onions and
celery.
- Add the onions and celery, chop suey
sauce and molasses to the meat.
- Mix the flour with a little cold water
and add to the chop suey.
- Cook another 10 minutes.
- Serve on rice.
- Serves 6.
