FRANK’S CITRUS COLESLAW (PARVE)
INGREDIENTS: |
-
½ shredded white cabbage
(check for infestation)
-
2 large
carrots, peeled and grated
-
4½ oz. baby spring
onions, sliced
(check for infestation)
-
1 ruby
grapefruit, peeled and in segments
-
1 orange,
peeled and in segments
-
8 Tbs.
mayonnaise
-
2 tsp Dijon
mustard “KOSHER”
-
1 Tbs. apple
cider vinegar “PAROS-SIFNEOS”

INSTRUCTIONS: |
-
Combine
in a bowl the shredded white cabbage.
-
Add 2
large carrots.
-
Add the
baby spring onions.
-
Add 1
ruby grapefruit and 1 orange.
-
In a
separate bowl, mix 8 Tbs. mayonnaise, 2 tsp
Dijon mustard and 1 Tbs. “PAROS”
apple cider vinegar.
-
Pour over
the salad and mix.
-
Serve.
