KOSHER FISH RECIPES |

| INGREDIENTS: |
- 1 lb. package of linguine #7
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 10 1/2 ounces crème fraiche
"KOSHER"
- 1 3/4 ounces Vodka
- ½ bunch of dill, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Boil the linguine in salted
water according to package instructions.
- Drain.
- Cut the salmon in thin slices.
- Melt the butter in a pan and
sauté the slices of salmon.
- Add the vodka, crème fraiche,
a bit of pepper and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the
linguine and place the slices of salmon on top.
- Sprinkle with a bit of dill.
- Serve Warm!!
