KOSHER FISH RECIPES |

CHLOUVERAKIS' SALMON
with FUSILLI PASTA (PARVE)
| INGREDIENTS: |
-
1 lb. package of fusilli #107
-
2 slices of fresh salmon
(approximately 10 1/2 ounces)
-
2 ripe and fresh tomatoes,
thinly sliced
-
1 bunch of fresh onion
-
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
-
Dill
-
Salt and pepper

| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Boil the fusilli in salted
water according to package instructions.

Drain
-
Sauté the thin sliced onion
in the olive oil and as soon as it dries, add the
tomatoes that you have already peeled and ground.

- Stir well and let the
mixture boil for 5 minutes approximately.
- Add the salmon (off the bone
and cut in cubes), the dill and a bit of salt and
pepper.
- Let the mixture boil for
another 15 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the
fusilli you have just prepared and mix well.
