KOSHER CRANBERRY RECIPES

 
 

QUICK FRESH ORANGE CRANBERRY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 small orange, unpeeled and cut in chunks
  • 2 cans (16 ounces each) whole cranberry sauce
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS: 
In food processor or blender, finely chop orange chunks. In large bowl, combine finely chopped orange with remaining ingredients. Chill well to blend flavors. Serve as an accompaniment to cooked poultry.
